Wildsino Rules and Regulations in Canada
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the official Wildsino website and mobile application in Canada. By creating an account, placing a bet, or using our services, you agree to the rules below and all policies referenced. Access is only allowed where our offering is lawful and available to you. Provincial requirements, including Ontario’s regulated framework, may affect registration, bonuses, betting, and how odds are presented.
General Terms
- Agreement to terms
- By completing registration, ticking acceptance boxes, or continuing to use the services, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling policy, and any sport, casino, or event-specific rules.
- If you do not accept, do not create an account, place bets, or use the services.
- Eligibility and local access
- You must be of legal gambling age: 19+ in most provinces and territories; 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting or casino play offered by Wildsino is lawful and provided by us. Geolocation checks may apply.
- Ontario users may access services only if offered under registration by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario. If Wildsino is not authorized for Ontario, you are not allowed to use the services in Ontario.
- You confirm you are not self-excluded and are not on any exclusion registry applicable to your province or territory.
- Only one personal account per person is allowed. Corporate or shared accounts are prohibited.
- Changes to terms
- Wildsino may update these terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes.
- Material changes will be communicated by notice on-site, in-app, or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
- Proper platform use
- Use the services for personal, non-commercial entertainment only and in line with all applicable legal requirements.
- Prohibited conduct includes: opening multiple accounts, chargebacks, using automated tools or bots, collusion, match fixing, arbitrage exploiting bonuses, misuse of odds or game defects, interfering with software, and using inside information to place a bet.
- Wildsino may suspend, restrict, or close accounts where prohibited conduct or policy breaches are suspected.
- Content and intellectual property
- All site and app content, software, branding, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You obtain a limited, revocable licence to access and use the services for personal purposes only.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
- Bonuses and promotions
- Bonus offers and free bets are subject to specific terms including eligibility, wagering requirements, expiry, game contribution, maximum bet limits during wagering, and withdrawal restrictions. Please read bonus rules before opting in.
- Low-risk bets or restricted games may not count toward wagering. Abuse of bonuses or attempts to circumvent rules may result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and account actions.
- Ontario marketing of bonuses and credits is subject to the Registrar’s Standards. Public advertising may be limited; details may be shown only after login where allowed by law.
- Service availability
- Wildsino may modify or discontinue any product, event, market, or service at any time for regulatory, maintenance, or integrity reasons.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur.
- Complaints and disputes
- Contact customer support through the channels listed on the platform for any complaint. Provide your account details, bet IDs, and a description of the issue.
- Wildsino will investigate and provide a reasoned response. Where required by law, unresolved disputes may be escalated to an approved independent dispute resolution body. Details are provided on the site where applicable.
- Liability and indemnity
- To the extent permitted by law, Wildsino is not liable for: indirect or consequential losses; loss of profits, data, or business; failures of telecommunications or third-party systems; and errors beyond our reasonable control.
- Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the lesser of: (i) the net amount of bets placed by you in the 90 days before the event giving rise to the claim; or (ii) CAD 5,000.
- Nothing limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- Governing law
- The governing law, forum, and dispute rules applicable to you are as stated in the legal notice and jurisdictional disclosures presented during registration and on the site footer. Local mandatory consumer protection rules may also apply.
General Betting Rules
- Eligibility to place bets
- Only verified users who meet age and location requirements may place bets.
- Self-excluded or restricted users cannot place any bet or participate in bonuses.
- Bet acceptance and confirmation
- A bet is accepted once it appears as “accepted” or “placed” in your bet history and a bet ID is issued.
- Odds may change prior to acceptance. If odds change during placement, you may be offered updated odds to accept or decline.
- Wildsino may refuse, limit, or partially accept any bet for regulatory, integrity, or risk reasons.
- Minimums, maximums, and limits
- Minimum and maximum stake limits, payout caps, and market-specific limits apply and are shown in the bet slip or market rules.
- Account-level limits may be applied based on your activity, responsible gambling settings, or legal requirements.
- Settlement and results
- Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant event or per the specific game rules for casino products.
- For sports betting, settlement rules for postponements, abandonments, extra time, or tie-breaks are set out in sport- and market-specific rules available on the site.
- Obvious pricing or settlement errors may result in voiding the affected bets or settlement at the correct odds.
- Cancellations and voids
- Once accepted, a bet cannot be cancelled by you. Wildsino may void a bet where: prohibited conduct is suspected, an event is cancelled and not rescheduled within a reasonable period, markets were offered in error, or regulatory reasons require voiding.
- Betting restrictions
- Certain events, leagues, or markets may be unavailable based on your province or territory.
- Individuals directly connected to an event (athletes, officials, staff) and those possessing inside information are prohibited from placing related bets.
- Bonus wagering may exclude low-risk bets or certain odds ranges. Check bonus terms before staking.
- Cash out and edits
- Cash out or edit features, if displayed, are offered at Wildsino’s discretion and are not guaranteed for every market or at all times.
Payment Rules
- Funding your account
- Supported deposit methods for Canadian users may include Interac e-Transfer, Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and selected e-wallets. Availability depends on your location and account status.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, along with any method-specific limits, are displayed in the cashier.
- Wildsino does not routinely charge deposit fees; your bank or payment provider may charge fees.
- Withdrawals
- You may be asked to withdraw to the same method used for deposit (closed-loop policy) where feasible.
- Processing occurs after security checks and KYC verification. Typical internal review times are shown in the cashier; bank or provider timelines are outside our control.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period. Limits are displayed before you confirm a request.
- KYC/AML and security checks
- Before any withdrawal, Wildsino may require identity and address verification, and proof that you control the payment method used.
- Documents may include government-issued photo ID, recent utility bill or bank statement, and payment method screenshots or statements.
- We may request source-of-funds or source-of-wealth information for larger transactions or where required by law.
- Transaction restrictions
- To comply with anti-money laundering rules, a reasonable 1x playthrough of deposited funds may be required before withdrawal.
- Third-party payments are not allowed. The name on your account must match the name on your payment method.
- Currency is generally CAD. If a currency exchange applies, your provider’s rates and fees will apply.
- Cancellations and reversals
- You may cancel a pending withdrawal in the cashier until it is marked as processed, subject to availability in your province.
- Wildsino may cancel or pause withdrawals where fraud, chargebacks, or policy breaches are suspected, or where additional checks are needed.
- Inactive accounts and unclaimed balances
- If permitted by law, a reasonable monthly maintenance fee may apply to accounts inactive for a prolonged period, as disclosed in advance. Dormant funds may be handled per applicable unclaimed property rules.

- Staff training and interventions
- Staff are trained to identify and respond to indicators of harm, and Wildsino may apply limits or blocks where risk is detected, consistent with legal obligations.

- Wildsino maintains controls designed to comply with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing obligations. Where required under the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (Canada) and provincial rules, reporting to competent authorities, including FINTRAC, may occur.
- Know Your Customer (KYC)
- Verification of identity, age, and address is required. We may conduct sanctions and politically exposed person screening and request source-of-funds or source-of-wealth documentation.
- Monitoring and detection
- Transaction and behavioural monitoring detects unusual patterns, structured deposits, rapid withdrawals, third-party payments, use from prohibited locations, or attempts to circumvent controls.
- Consequences of breaches
